I am a visual and textile artist living in the Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, just under the North Mountain, on the shores of Delhaven Creek. My husband Marshall and I have semi-retired to raise sheep and grandchildren. We raise wool breed sheep with many crosses to experiament with wool qualities. I teach fibre arts and show my work in local galleries. I also use textiles in my visual art pieces. My aim is to never be bored and I constantly experiament with new techniques in painting, felting, knitting and spinning. My art pieces include collage, silk fusion and encaustic mediums.
